Developer Submissions

Ijaho welcomes partnerships, integrations, and API collaborations. To submit a proposal for an app integration, partner program, or developer access, please provide the following:

  • Project name and a succinct overview
  • Target platform(s) and any technical prerequisites
  • API references, SDKs, authentication flow, and security considerations
  • Intended user impact, value proposition, and success metrics
  • Primary contact details and preferred communication channel
  • Proposed timeline and acceptance criteria

Submissions are reviewed by Ijaho's Developer Relations team. An acknowledgement is issued within 1–2 business days, followed by a formal evaluation. For submissions, please email [email protected] with the subject line “Developer Submission.”

Response Times

Ijaho adheres to transparent, predictable response timelines to support trust and reliability across our ecosystem.

  • General inquiries: acknowledgement within 4 business hours; typical full response within 1–2 business days under normal conditions.
  • Technical or complex issues: triage within 1 business day; resolution typically within 2–5 business days, depending on complexity and cross-team coordination.
  • Developer submissions: acknowledgement within 1–2 business days; substantive feedback within 7–14 business days, subject to submission volume and scope.

During peak periods, we will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and provide updates as work progresses.
