Welcome to Ijaho, the app discovery platform available at ijaho.com. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including any content, features, or services provided through the site. By visiting or using the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with Ijaho. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full. We may update or amend the Terms from time to time; such updates become effective upon posting. If a modification is material, we may provide notice via the Platform. Your continued use after the effective date signifies your assent to the revised Terms.

Intellectual Property

Ijaho owns and operates the Platform, including all proprietary software, design, content, and trademarks presented on ijaho.com. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. You may view and access content for your personal, non‑commercial use only, and you may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, or redistribute content from the Platform without prior written permission from Ijaho.

User-generated content submitted to the Platform remains your property, but you grant Ijaho a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify, translate, and distribute such content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions comply with applicable laws and do not infringe any third-party rights.

All trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing herein grants you rights to such marks except as explicitly allowed by law.

Third-Party Links and Apps Hosted on Google Play

The Platform provides curated links and references to apps that are hosted on third-party platforms, notably Google Play. The actual Android applications are hosted and served by Google Play and are not hosted on ijaho.com. Access to these apps is governed by Google Play's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as the applicable terms set by the app developers.

Ijaho does not guarantee the availability, safety, or accuracy of any third-party apps or content linked from the Platform. We provide such links solely for discovery purposes. Use of third-party apps is at your own risk, and you should review the respective terms and privacy policies before downloading or using any app. We may discontinue or remove any listing at our discretion and without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Ijaho, ITS AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN ADVICE GIVEN BY IJaho OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES CREATES A WARRANTY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL IJaho OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF IJaho FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO ACCESS THE PLATFORM DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of warranties or liability. In such jurisdictions, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. This section does not affect mandatory consumer protections applicable in your jurisdiction.
